WP Reverse Draw – Go as a VIP Guest to Badminton Horse Trials in 2011!
Preparation is in full swing for the WP Eventing Championships at Nelson’s Creek. The ground is being prepared so that whatever the weather we have a super track to run on and Andile Balula our course designer is off to the UK to get more international experience and great new ideas for fences. The event will be a social highlight of the equestrian calender with fabulous facilities, including a new wine and beer tent, a riders and sponsors tent, a tented village so that you can do your shopping AND will be televised on Supersport!
Of course that means a huge fundraising initiative. And it’s your turn to help. If you or your company can sponsor a class, a fence or prizes, or you know someone who might, please contact Sarah Arnot, at saraharnot@hotmail.com or 072 130 3008.
We also hope every member of our community will want to help us and we’ve come up with a great way for you to do that. Buy a ticket (or a book of tickets) for the Reverse Draw, and you could end up being flown to London as a VIP guest of the Badminton Horse Trials! The rules for the draw are attached – and tickets costs only R100. Help us to sell all the tickets and you could end up the lucky winner. The final draw will be on Sunday 15th November at Nelson’s Wine Estate and the last ticket left in is the winner. You can even trade tickets up to the last moment, so you might just make a profit, even if you don’t win the prize. You’ll see tickets for sale at shows and tack shops or you can contact any Committee Member (insert a couple more email and phone numbers here?) to purchase a ticket.
Terms and conditions are in the small print – make sure you read it!
